Start with the part of your working day that needs attention. These answers cover the Zeff product concept and identify the account and meeting actions you can already try in the local workspace. No external calendar, billing or live translation provider is connected to this preview.

I cannot get into my workspace

Check that you are signing in with the email address used for your account. If you just registered, complete email verification first. In the local preview, verification messages appear in the development inbox. Use the most recent verification link if you have requested another message.

If you can sign in but cannot see a particular meeting, check that you are its organizer or an invited participant. Guest access is intentionally limited. Ask the organizer to verify the invitation address instead of sharing somebody else’s account.

I need to change a meeting or invitation

Open the meeting from your dashboard and use its edit action to change the title, time or participant details. Check the time zone before saving. The local workspace supports scheduling, invitation messages and cancellation; a scheduled meeting is not a live audio or video room in this preview.

When cancelling, add clear context for participants if a replacement meeting is planned. Avoid sending a second invitation merely to correct a detail on an existing meeting. Keeping one meeting record helps everyone find the current information.

How do translation allowances work?

Free includes 30 translator minutes per workspace each month. Team includes 600 minutes per employee per month, pooled across paid employees; Business includes 2,000. Allowances reset monthly even on annual billing. There are no automatic overage charges, and all plans use the same available language selection.

One minute counts for each employee using translation. Guest usage draws from the host workspace’s allowance. The prepared captions on this website do not consume an allowance. Actual language coverage depends on the providers connected to a production service.

What happens when the team grows?

Free supports up to five employees, one workspace and three rooms. Team is for everyday work in one shared workspace; Business adds multiple workspaces, single sign-on and custom retention. Use the pricing calculator to check both the monthly equivalent and the upfront annual total.

Team and Business have a 14-day trial without a credit card. A trial does not automatically charge you; without an explicit paid choice, the workspace returns to Free. Pricing and commercial controls are illustrative in this local preview, which does not collect payments.
