Meet Live TranslatorA PLACE FOR EVERYONE
An employee is a member of your organization with ongoing workspace access. Each active employee uses one seat, even if they belong to several workspaces. Admins count as employees.
Clients, candidates and partners can join an invited room or meeting for free. Guests cannot browse your workspace or its history. Ongoing internal teammates should have employee seats.
Add an employee at any time; pay only for the rest of the billing period. Removing a seat stops its renewal and access immediately, with no refund for the current period. Your next renewal reflects the new seat count.

You choose a paid plan and add billing details only when you are ready. Otherwise, your workspace returns to Free without a charge. Choose up to 5 active employees and 3 rooms to keep using it. Extra employees and rooms are paused; existing content is preserved for 30 days so an admin can export it or choose a plan. New chat follows Free's 7-day history limit.
One minute of translated meeting time counts as one translator minute for each employee using translation. Guests draw from their host workspace's allowance. Team and Business allowances are pooled across active paid employees and reset monthly, including on annual plans. Free includes 30 minutes per workspace per month. Unused minutes do not roll over.
No. Every plan has the same Live Translator language selection. Plans differ in minutes and administrative controls, so teams do not have to upgrade just to speak their own language. This website includes a scripted translation preview; production coverage and translation quality depend on the connected speech and translation providers.
Admins can check usage before the allowance runs out. Translation pauses at the limit, while calls, original captions and chat stay available. Upgrade for a higher allowance or wait for the monthly reset. There are no automatic overage charges.
Cancel renewal at any time in billing settings. Your current plan continues until the end of the paid period, then returns to Free. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at renewal. Monthly and annual plans follow the same cancellation rules.
Prices are in USD before applicable taxes, which appear before payment. Paid periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law; billing mistakes can be reviewed with support. Annual billing is a 12-month commitment, paid upfront. These are illustrative terms for the product concept; no checkout or payment processor is connected to this preview.
